Terms of Use

You must be at least 16 years old to use Inboard. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to break the security of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service except as permitted by law.
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or violates the law.

You retain ownership of the content you create in Inboard, such as your deals and deliverables. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for the content you add and for ensuring you have the right to use it.

Inboard is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis and is currently in early access. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and we do not guarantee that the Service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

The Inboard name, logo, design, and software are owned by Hysa Tech Sh.P.K. and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without our prior written permission.

You may stop using Inboard and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm to Inboard or its users.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hysa Tech Sh.P.K. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Albania, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
