Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Inboard (“Inboard”, “we”, “us”) handles your personal data. Inboard is a tool for managing brand partnerships, deliverables, and post dates. The service is operated by Hysa Tech Sh.P.K. By using Inboard at in-board.com, you agree to the practices described below.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Account information. Your email address, and a securely hashed password if you sign up with email.
- Sign-in provider data. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from that provider, as permitted by you during sign-in.
- Content you create. The deals, deliverables, dates, statuses, and notes you add to Inboard.
- Technical data. Basic log and device information (such as IP address and browser type) generated automatically when you use the service.
How we use your data
- To provide, maintain, and secure the service.
- To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
- To store and display the content you create.
- To diagnose problems and improve how Inboard works.
- To communicate with you about your account when necessary.
Legal bases for processing
Where applicable law (such as the GDPR) requires it, we rely on the following legal bases: performance of our contract with you (to provide the service), your consent (for example, when you choose to sign in with a third-party provider), and our legitimate interests in operating and improving Inboard.
How we share data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run Inboard, and only as needed:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and backend infrastructure where your account and content are stored.
- Vercel — application hosting and content delivery.
- Google and Apple — only if you choose to sign in with them, to authenticate your identity.
We may also disclose data if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Inboard and its users.
Data retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data and content within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it to comply with legal obligations.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls scoped to your account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at the address below. You may also withdraw consent for third-party sign-in at any time through your Google or Apple account settings.
Cookies
Inboard uses only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to operate the service securely. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
International transfers
Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on our service providers’ safeguards designed to protect it in line with applicable law.
Children
Inboard is not intended for anyone under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate.
