Data deletion

You can ask us at any time to delete the data we hold about you and your business, including data we received from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and TikTok.
How to ask
Send «Delete my data» to support@hysa-tech.com or WhatsApp +355 69 260 6546, from the number or email linked to your account.
To stop our access straight away, you can also remove InBoard on Facebook: Settings, Apps and websites, InBoard, Remove. For Instagram and TikTok, find InBoard under connected apps in your account settings.
What we delete
Within 30 days we delete your account, the tokens for connected accounts, videos, Reels, messages and reply drafts. We keep only the billing records the law requires.
Confirmation
We reply with a confirmation code and the date the deletion was completed.
